Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Daphne Dragonfly Jewellery ("Seller") and the individual making a purchase through our website ("Buyer"). By completing a purchase on our website, the Buyer agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1. Product Information
All product details, prices, and descriptions are provided clearly on our website. The Buyer agrees that they have reviewed this information before making a purchase.
2. Order and Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that payment and shipping details are correct before confirming the order. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout. The Seller is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the Buyer.
4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, the Buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and description).
5. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the purchased products.
6. Governing Law
