How should I care for my Daphne Dragonfly jewellery?

To keep your jewelry beautiful for years, avoid wearing it in the shower, while sleeping, or during workouts. Keep it away from water, perfume, lotions, and other chemicals. Store it in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or jewelry box.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How do you ship orders?

We ship with Chit Chats and Canada Post—both are fast and reliable. Shipping is available across Canada and internationally.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since each piece is handmade, we currently don’t offer general returns or exchanges. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 2–3 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to help with a return or replacement. Unfortunately, we can’t accept requests made after this period.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually ship your order at the same day it's placed, as long as the post office is open. If not, we ship it the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on your location—within Canada, it typically takes 3–7 business days, while international orders may take longer. We always do our best to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible!

Do you make custom orders?

Currently, we don’t offer custom pieces. All our jewelry is pre-made with love and ready to ship.

What materials do you use?

We use a mix of high-quality beads, including gemstones, crystal beads, glass beads, wooden beads, and ceramic beads—depending on the design. Our pieces also feature hypoallergenic metals, so they're comfortable and safe to wear. Each item is handmade with care and attention to detail.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! We can add a handwritten gift note—just let us know at checkout or contact us right after placing your order.
